Welcome to Arise! To get the most out of your time here, please follow  these guidelines:

• Allow enough space around you for free movement, about a 5'x5' square.

• During the break within class, you may want to journal, visit scripture, so grab those materials before you begin. 

• Keep an open mind and heart. It's okay to try new things. No one is watching! 

• Finally, protect your body by going at your own pace, as needed. Take an extra pause, or go rogue and move your own way if the material doesn't suit your body today.
